Cloudy Reads sells downloadable PDF books and an optional printable workbook, the Kindness Companion. The seller is Sovereign Noir LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.
By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy from us.
Accounts and eligibility
You do not need an account. You must be able to form a contract and use an email address you control. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
Orders and prices
Prices are listed in US dollars and are set on our server when a Stripe Checkout Session is created. The total, including the optional Kindness Companion if you choose it, is shown before you pay. We do not add hidden fees. Taxes may be collected by Stripe where required.
An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, if we suspect fraud, or if a product cannot be delivered.
License
When you buy a title you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the PDF for your own reading and personal practice. You may print copies for yourself.
You may not share the file, post it, resell it, or use substantial parts of it to create a competing product. We keep the copyright in the text, covers, and workbook pages. Quotations from third parties remain the property of their owners and are used for commentary with attribution.
Delivery
Files are delivered digitally. After payment we email download instructions to the checkout email. Links expire after seven days. You can request a new link from the downloads page using that same email. See the Digital Delivery Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to reach paid files without a valid token, and no unlawful content in the contact form.
Disclaimers
The books are educational. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Results depend on your circumstances. The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
To the extent the law allows, Sovereign Noir LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection law in your place of residence cannot be waived.
