What you receive
A PDF of each title you paid for, and the Kindness Companion PDF if you added it. Files are not listed in a public folder. They are streamed from our server after a token check.
When you receive it
After Stripe confirms payment we create an order record and send an email to the address used at checkout. The email includes a download page link. If you return from Stripe to our confirmation page, that page also shows the same downloads once fulfillment has run.
Most deliveries happen within a few minutes. If an email has not arrived after 30 minutes, check spam, then use the Find my downloads page or write to support@sovereign-noir.com.
How long links last
Download links expire after seven days. That limit exists so a forwarded email does not remain a working storefront for the files. You can request a new link from the downloads page using the email you paid with. We will only send a new link to that address.
What you need
A device that opens PDF files and access to the email you used at checkout. We do not provide an in-browser reader. Printing is allowed for personal use.
Failed delivery
If a file will not open, if a link returns an error, or if an item is missing from an order, email us with the order email and approximate time of purchase. We will replace the file or refund according to the refund policy.
