Before you pay
You can leave Stripe Checkout without paying. Nothing is charged and no file is delivered. The cart on this site is stored only in your browser.
After you pay
Payment is taken when you complete Stripe Checkout. Because delivery is digital and immediate, we generally do not refund an order after the file has been downloaded.
We will refund or replace an order if the PDF is defective or unreadable, if you were charged for a title you did not select, or if you paid and never received a working download after writing to us. Email us within 14 days of the charge at support@sovereign-noir.com.
If you bought the wrong title and have not downloaded it, write to us. We can usually swap the title or refund that order.
How a refund is issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe's processing time is typically a few business days. We will confirm by email when the refund has been submitted.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law of your place of residence that cannot be waived. In some places, including the European Economic Area and the UK, a 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales may apply. For digital content that right can end once delivery begins if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right. Our checkout is set up to deliver immediately after payment.
If you believe a legal right applies to your order, tell us. We will consider the request on its facts.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, contact us first. We would rather fix a broken download than handle a dispute. If you do file a chargeback, we may share order and delivery records with Stripe and the card network.
